Scrapnik Island is a thing, and Mecha Sonic returned, giving new stuff for him

This profile isn't nearly done yet imo, every other Sonic CRT got in my way of helping revise it. Once I'm finished applying this CRT that was just accepted, Mecha will be my next target and I'll bump this thread again.
