Sonic High 3-A's into Low 2-C

I can't find a clip of anyone getting hit by Wizeman's attack, but in Sonic Lost World, Sonic can survive and react to it. Other NiGHTS bosses like Gillwing can damage Sonic too. I'm not sure if this helps or anything, but I figured it could be mentioned.

Those who scale from the cast in Sonic Riders should be Low 2-C based off of being comparable to NiGHTS.

How is a bonus character not featured in the story relevant to scaling? A Sega character showing up doesn't mean that everyone suddenly scales to them.

NiGHTS appears in CrossWorlds too and the crossovers are treated as canon seemingly, with stuff like the artwork on the official account showing Sonic interacting with some of the crossover characters. The characters fire items as attacks ( Proto Man fires items from his buster ), and a boss character from Adventure 2 acts as an item that damages racers. That might be able to work as additional evidence for the scaling.
