Ikki's Secret Swords

First of all I'm having this weird glitch or something where I get signed out of my account when I access Ikki's page. Anyone else ever have that happen?

That aside...

Didn't Ikki have his Secret Sword techniques before the SSSAF Arc? I distinctly recall him using Mirage Wolf to save Stella from those gunmen, and another one against the golems in the forest. That aside, his profile directly says that he didn't gain them before the festival, he just gained the ability to use them in base form.

Also, shouldn't Stella have it listed (either as further justification for accelerated development or as power mimicry) that she can use a technique instantly after having it explained to her?

About the SS, well you can even see that he calls them "seven secret swords" in the 1st arc, it'd be pretty stupid if he calls them seven if he hasn't even invented most of them.

What he's asking is

"Ikki has only shown some of the 7 secret swords, why does he have all in all keys".

To which the answer is, he has already developed these way before the series started. Which is why you have quotes like these in his fight against Touka:

Ikki had thrown out the fastest of his seven personal techniques. The seventh secret sword, Raikou

They were 7 even in the 1st arc, and he even uses Raikou twice in that arc which is the "7th secret sword". The only thing he doesn't have in the 1st arc is Oikage for obvious reasons, and then there is the fact that he can only use his 7 swords when in Ittou Shura in the 1st arc.

What I'm asking is why are the 7 listed only in his 2nd key (SSSAF), instead of being in his first key, when he already had them by that point?
