Ikaros is mach 24 with all of her powers locked (I don't know if I'm doing this correctly. If I am not please feel free to correct me)

Mach 24 * 28(She can only use 72 percent of her speed with her powers blocked. She can use the rest with Uranus Queen)=511,531.138 mph which is mach 667

She upgraded her speed even more by 372%(Pandora mode) so mach 666 * 372 is 188,873,738 mph which is mach 246,164

So Ikaros should be sub relativistic+ or low relativistic and Astraea should be higher since she is the fastest Angeloid

b) The *100 is completly arbitary, it is (as far as I am aware) never stated that there is such a multiplier and you can not simply assume it.

It does not stated that anywhere in chapter 53. Chapter 53 Ikaros wasn't in uranus queen mode. That mean her powers she wasn't using the full potential of her variable wings. It was stated that she has the top flight speed of the angeloids which is true. Astraea is faster than her combat wise, but later in the series suprass Ikaros speed entirely.
