• 6: Requires Chara to do something out of character against an opponent, which Thanos can nullify anyway. If Chara tries to possess other that requires the fallen child to survive in the first place.
• 7: Isn't a problem at all. Even base Thanos can kill in a place where death doesn't exist.
• 8: Thanos has defeated far more complex abstracts.

^Some dudes there, except for Oblivion, TLT and others. Even Nebula, who was entirely inexpert with the gauntlet was able to do that, with Thanos saying that anyone could do it.

Even if Thanos isn't able to kill Chara for some reason, he can simply seal him like he did to the abstracts in Infinity Gauntlet.
