Hey, it's not a Digimon thread!
Anyway, I was talking to TheEverlasting yesterday when he brought up an interesting tidbit about Ifrit from Dissidia's official compendium:
A powerful djinn with scorching flames hot enough to turn the whole world to ashes.
Now, if we were to take this figuratively, he'd probably mean the Earth's surface where everyone lives, which is Multi-Continent level.
But, if we were to take this at face value, the amount of energy required to disintegrate the world would be about a million-billion 30 megaton nuclear bombs . Or (for those of you about to calculate this yourself) about 41 zettatons, solid Small Planet level.
This would scale to pretty much every character who can summon and/or fight him as a boss in the series... which is practically every game after Final Fantasy III.
Thoughts?
