If Characters perform a feat with one hand, does that means the result is doubled?

Always curious about this

Let say a character were to lift a building and then toss it away like 100 meters away, all with just one hand each. Would the result for the character be doubled?

I recall seeing calculations were characters have their LS doubled because of lifting something with one hand but wasn't sure if that was accepted by the site or would it also apply to AP if the character was to then toss it with one hand

Not necessary, people use more than only the arm's strength to move or lift objects; you may say its higher when using both arms, but not that is twice as much strength.
So feats like these deserves “At least” to their rating instead of doubling the result
