You can but it won't get added. That said adding it isn't that important given you weren't even aware of reiatsu crush being a thing so restricting it is inconsequential to the answer you were looking for.

Not only that look at the stat differemce. OP has been practicing conservatism while Bleach has been beefing up on high calcs. This is a stomp even without reiatsu crush.
