Ichibe by far in my opinion his shikai ability knocks the wind of of genryusai sails when it cuts the power of his attacks by takeing it' name and his shinuchi that can rename genryusai to ant and makes him as weak as an ant .heck he could rename him ant then cut that to an and make him all the weaker ( that is conjecture since he never did that but it does stand to reason that her could ) he also has his senri tsutensho to keep genryusai if needed

yhwach killed base yamamoto like he was an ant of course this was a prett tired yamamoto but none the less he was killed easily, ichibei in base beat yhwach who once again killed yama with reletive ease, so if ichibei Base >>>> Yamam base then shikai and bankai is still holds the same, ichibei reitsu is much higher than yamamoto thus he is stronger regardless of what kind of ability he has while yamamoto 15mil degree is great destructive it is still powered by reitsu.
