Ice battle (Elsa (Frozen) vs Frozer (Miraculous ladybug))

While Elsa possesses the AP advantage, Frozer holds a way better edge on physicals and mobility. Whereas freezing tricks might not work for none of them, a single blow from Frozer it's enough to take down Elsa, which is the most likely thing to occur given Frozer's superior mobility.
 
I'll go with Frozer too. While Elsa has the AP advantage and can deal a lot of damage to Frozer with her attacks, all Frozer needs to do is to land one hit on Elsa physically and she is done for
