I have a few question about Wave Functions...

1: If a character has the explicit ability to destroy Wave functions, where would this put them in tier ?

2: Where would an example of Schrodinger's Cat be placed in fiction ? Because the Schrodinger's Cat was said to be able to destroy wave functions, based on what i looked up.

Any sort of help would be appreciated, as i found quite a few things in fiction about both.
