Story goes as follows: After defeating Dark Rabbit and destroying the entire city and the landscape in the process, our fluffy anti-hero went on to find another method to turn back into a human being while also searching for his/her missing sister/brother. The destruction of Dizzyland somehow was important to Mojo Jojo because it was his favorite amusement park OF EVIL or something so he was on a trip to the place only to find our little cute bunny in the middle of the wasteland and he used some weird UFO-like machine to capture him/her and went back to Townsville. However, he didn't know who Bloody Bunny was and after an attempt at interrogation, BB broke free from his/her cell and started quite literally kicking the guts out of Mojo Jojo and the ship activity was suspicious enough for the Major to call the girls and the first thing they saw was genuine murder and not just beating up the villain so they try to stop BB but BB instantly targets the three as enemies and the battle commence.

I don't see much 5-A feats so i'm going to assume Bunny is baseline. The Powerpuff Girls likely overwhelm via numbers and Bunny's high resistance to pain doesn't matter too much since not feeling pain =/= not being damaged and they'd likely take it seriously via their danger sense. I'd say Powerpuff Girls with 6/10 diff, maybe higher if you take into account stat amp.

tl:dr three vs. one, bloody bunny's hax is fairly unremarkable except for maybe curse manipulation and danger sense

It's an unknown number mostly scaled from Bugs Bunny, so I think that's fair.

BB's hax is mostly for defensive purposes now that I see it. PPG could time travel or throw him out to space (or even being unable to fly, believe it or not not every character knows how to fly) but it's cancelled out so they can stay on neutral fighting grounds. If three versus one is too much I might change it just to Buttercup since they're both the aggressive type.
