imo, Ahriman sans Divination is fine, while Chaos Primarchs are stretching it a lot more

Well all the Primarchs are supposed to be able to fight each other meaning Vulkan should be able to fight Magnus, plus like Yobo said Vulkan able to fight the deamons in the warp.

2.The Emperor is most likely dead, so Khorne can use his full influnce over the physical world
