Hyouzou's AP and Striking strength are currently left as unknown on his profile. Yet he does have an AP feat that can give him a rating.

Base Luffy + Busoshoku Haki was only able to leave a dent in the Steel Shells belonging to the New Fish Man Pirates.

Overdosed Hyouzou was able to cut through one cleanly.

Thus Overdosed Hyouzou scales to "At least 27.04 megatons (At least 7-B)" and his base state scales to "At most 6.76 megatons (7-B)" due to being 4 times weaker.
