You know I'm surprised this isn't added in the last Rapunzel revision but here we are I guess. Keep in mind these are only usable when she's bloodlusted as she would not use it unless desperate

Either Death Manip or Biological Manip via rotting that one flower and all nearby plants. Pretty sure there was a scene where Cassandra's hand basically rots from touching that hair
Statistic Reduction via sapping away the strength and stamina of the whole gang
Darkness Manip via removing all light in the area
She already has Hair Manip but can be used as an extra scan

Either Matter Manip or Corrosion Inducement via harmlessly melting off Varian's gloves and the crystal Quirin has been trapped in which had so far been resistant to everything Varian had tried which had included other corrosive chemicals
Heat Manip via just evaporating water instantly
Last CRT for her had to be bumped so many times. I wonder how many times I'll need to bump this one
