I should also add that Hudson, from what his daughter Marceline said, is "deathless" as he's next to impossible to kill as even Death of Adventure Time can't kill him. So yeah Father can do all he can but eventually he'll tire out and when he does, Abadeer will kill him.

If Abadeer loses his amulet, he loses with ease.. Father on the other hand, unless there are cold-based attacks which are his weakness, he can pretty much overpower Abadeer to the point of having it removed.
