As for my vote. I'm gonna have to go with Hulk if in character. Goku afaik has only BFR'd once, and that's with Cell who he only did so since it'll kill everyone else around him.

Hulk's regen, Durability and AP rises as he gets angrier and he's "Atleast" Star level while sufficiently angry. He could go higher and higher as the match goes on.

Actually,Hulk can now surive in space,some version of him but can't breather.So mean he can surive while he still has his breath.But that won't help much since he would just float in space

If BFR is allowed, can't Goku in theory throw hulk into space before he reacts?

Likely, but he would more likely fight him on even ground first to see how strong he is, letting him get stronger over time. That's just Goku's nature.

No he won't, the only time Goku ever does that is when he's sure he can win. In the case of Frieza, prior to going Super Saiyan, Goku knew Frieza was at only 50% power, but still tried to kill him with the spirit bomb. Upon going Super Saiyan Goku did indeed allow Frieza to reach full power, partly for wanting to see Frieza's full power, but more than anything it was more to do with wanting to avenge Krillin's death; he wanted to humiliate Frieza by beating him at his best (at the time Goku didn't know Krillin could be revived)

Hulk now stomps because 4-B

Assuming we now are using 4-B of both, I'd go with Hulk with very high diff. He and Goku are roughly even in AP, but the only advantages for both are Hulks regen, Hulks gamma burst, Gokus flight, and Gokus huge speed edge.

The thing is that Hulk can react to peeps like Silver Surfer and Thor, one of whom is FTL, the other is FTL+, so IMO he won't be blitzed but he'll have a hard time hitting Goku.

He also has better stamina than Namek Saga Goku or SSJ3 Buu Saga.

My vote goes to Hulk

Speed wise, he's been shown to struggle a lot against Iron Man and Spidey (And people around that speed in general), who are a lot lower than FTL.
