Also isn't this version of the Flash, like, MUCH faster than Hulk? Like, to the point in which you need to equalise or else Hulk can't touch him?

Flash lolstomps Big Green

Even with speed equalized, Flash still weaves his way around Hulk because he's still far more agile and prone to dodging than the berserker known as Hulk, only made worse by superior strength via IMP calc and hax such as phasing/BFR/speed steal.

Flash is only slightly weaker than WW Hulk. Besides, it wouldn't matter since Flash can phase through all his attacks, turn invisible by reflecting light, and numerous means of durability negation.
He can also steal his speed to turn him into a statue, and then just phase and remove his brain.
