Considering this is just High 7-C Hulk, he does have a slight advantage in AP over Carapace, but Carapace has better durability due to the suits being semi-invulnerable and being able to take hits from opponents much stronger than him such as Miraculer and Anansi

Carapace can also outrange him by throwing his shield at him repeatedly and keep Hulk at bay, as well as having the intelligence advantage over Hulk
