Well, in terms of physics, NOTHING can survive a black hole since tidal forces approach infinity inside. Thus, such feats are clear outliers since if we ever accepted them for anything short of a higher-dimensional being then we'd have people running around with infinite durability.
If he survived the end of the universe, that would be a Low 2-C feat... which would mean that Thor would not be able to damage him as frequently as he does in the comics (to the best of my knowledge), thus also an outlier.
Also, I think that the alternative version of Adam Warlock/the new Living Tribunal protected him from the end of the universe, as Thanos is regularly damaged by far less.
