I know that Daishinkan would be at the top but how would all of the Angels and Hakaishins be tiered if placed from strongest to weakest, where do Jiren, Vegeta, and Goku stand, and how near being 2-C are they?

Jiren (LB) & MUI Goku ( Goku is superior . Jiren had to break his limits to keep up, as he was murderstomped prior. )

Jiren (Serious) & Goku (3rd UIO) [ implied to be equal ] GoD ( Beerus being stringer tha most based solely on the Manga, Champa is weaker than most. )
SSBE Vegeta / SSBKKX20 Goku ( Well above 2nd UIO Goku )
GoD Toppo ( Above 2nd UIO and Kefla by quite a bit )

Daishinhan > All Angels (Those two aren't subjective.) > MUI Goku > Full Power Jiren > UI Goku > Serious Jiren > Beerus > The Other Hakaishin >> GoD Toppo > TLSSJ2 Kefla > BSSJB Vegeta and SSJBX20 Goku > Ultra Instinct Goku (Second Usage) >> Casual Jiren > Ultra Instinct Goku (First Usage) > Infinite Zamasu
Note: Second UI Goku is likely weaker than SSJBX20 Goku to a relative degree. It makes sense considering the power escalation and them being exactly equal is quite nonsensical.

@Turbo... Beerus was referring to UIO Goku,not MUI.MUI would be far stronger than Beerus.
