Jason Aaron has retconned him in his avengers run but idk how we would go about scaling because
Robbie is (5-A)
Cosmic Ghost rider is (4-B)
Johnny is 7-A (Base) At least 4-B, possibly 2-C or 2-A (Unrestricted/Zarathos' Power).
