He actually isn't even 1-A so technically none. Even by the wiki's reasoning its like 0 actually

Low 1-A, the profile shows him being stronger and being the supreme being of the multiverse but Oblivion doesn't even exist in the multiverse due to obvious reason. And it says he's the author of all that is but other marvel characters have beaten authors andOblivion can kill the reader
So he isn't even 1-A. However this isn't a CRT so we can't debunk it right now, but just from the profile, assuming its all true, its still like, baseline 1-A.
