How many times faster is light then lightning?

Light is faster than lightning, not the other way around, and by roughly 680 times. The speed for lightning used on this wiki is Mach 1294, while light speed is Mach 880979.6494

Ok thanks, ops sorry i didn’t know i put lightning first

From the wiki's Lightning Feats page:
The speed of lightning can vary mostly in the range of 1.0-14×10^5 m/s. For the purpose of calculating speed feats we use the average lightning speed of 4.4×10^5 m/s (Mach 1294), which is suggested by this study. Similar studies have found average speeds within the same order of magnitude, albeit lower. [1][2][3]

1 C (speed of light in vacuum) is equal to 874,030 Mach. Comparing it with the average lightning speed,
Light is ~ 675.45 times faster.

Also one last question someone did a sakura calc in the novel. She dodged a lightning bolt that was sveral orders of magnitude faster. https://tasw.fandom.com/wiki/Blog:Sakura_Hiden(Speed_feat)

but lightning can’t possibly move at lightspeed even in fiction right? Becasue the electrons have mass?

Unless the fiction makes it a point that it is strictly following real world physics, FTL attacks and movements are possible in fiction.

The Sakura Hiden statement itself would likely be rejected as a hyperbole or an outlier though, It was previously discussed here.

The speed of electricity can be much slower than cloud-to-ground lightning speed.

Through in the wiki, electric attacks are usually considered at the speed of cloud-to-ground lightning if they display a few properties of real world electricity, and if they display power of 1.6 billion Joules or a voltage of at least 100 million Volts.

lightning can move at any speed in fiction unless the series follows strict laws of physics.

So Kracko from Kirby can shoot bolts of lightning at MFTL+ speed but the same bolt somewhere in a series like Godzilla Singular point, where science is realistic and only becomes weird in higher dimensions, it would always be mach 1294
