This question came up while I was helping someone edit Bionicle profiles.
I've always rated characters as Subsonic for this due to various additional feats that usually accompany this, but I'm not really sure how to evaluate this on its own.
I also want to bring up the fact that one would have to overcome gravity and the force of one's feet pushing off the wall to make this feasible, which is easy for physics defying speedsters like The Flash, but less clear for characters around this speed range.
