How can King Crimson erase time when Diavolo is the only one who experience the time that supposedly have been erase ?

Sadly the answer comes close to "It just work", the question is like saying "Why can DIO move himself and other things within stopped time if doing so requires infinite speed?"

KC's ability allows him to do that, that's why. "Erase time" is portrayed different than how it would realistically be, but so what? Any character moving at FTL speed would bend time and speed and that never happens in most verses.

Diavolo, via Epitaph, sees what's going to happen. This is a guaranteed future and is unavoidable. Then, he uses King Crimson to erase time. What this does is that it erases the event that he saw, since it happened during the erased time. For everyone else, they get confused as to how they got where they are, since they don't retain any memories of what they did during the erased time. Only Diavolo knows what happened, and he uses this knowledge to get behind his opponent and punch holes in them.

But here the problem if Diavolo time still exist then he just see people teleporting but he still on the same spot because his owm time doesnt get erase so the 10 seconds hasnt happen to him yet.

If he erase his own time then it like Kumagawa

I think his ability is:He is the only one remember and can freely do anything in 10 seconds but everybody just be bound by the action that they will do in that 10 seconds

It is more accurate to say he can still determine his actions that happened within erased time. All the actions that happen in erased time coexist in the same time frame, but they are still in an order
