Bonus round. (But not official). Same condition. But, Both are only allowed pencils as weapons

Without prep Wick slaps

With prep is interesting because while Wick is incredibly skilled and intelligent in tracking people down, the Joker is an opponent Wick has zero experience against. Joker could potentially come up with a plan Wick can't beat and take him down that way.

So The Joker has my vote
