Supes would definitely have the advantage in strength, speed, and reflexes, as well as ranged attacks, but there's no telling how the Warp-powers of Horus would **** him up. I believe if he kept cautious and distant, playing it safe to attack with heat vision or something, then Superman would win. If this was Horus before being infected by Chaos, it'd be a no-brainer but I'm not sure of what all Horus can do with the blessings of the Chaos Gods. I don't think he had any psyker powers but I may be wrong.

Chaos Horus is a Psyker, and, although he didn't use his powers as much as Magnus, he was still powerful enough to not get godstomped by the Emperor, even if he was holding back. Horus has withstood attacks on the level of Superman's output before, and could probably use his powers to kill the Kryptonian. However, Horus will not be prepared for Superman's rather odd power bag, and has less mobility (even accounting for equal speed, Superman can fly. Horus can not). But, I think Horus will last long enough to try soul manipulation, summoning a Demon, or other Psyker power.

Just pointing out, Superman is resistant to Soul Manipulation along with reality Warping. Those seem to be two pretty big guns in Horus' arsenal, but I am still looking in to him more. I know next to nothing about Warhammer, so I'm holding off on my vote.
