The forums can definitely breed a lot of toxicity. I've been toxic plenty of times myself. But I don't think that happens anymore from most of us though. Threats of perma-bans also help.

Nothing to be active about when the game cut it's story length by half after Amphoreus
I would be fine with it if they drastically improved the presentation but that was only sort of present in 4.2 and was actually done decently well in a collab story of all places
