It scales off chainscaling, so just change it accordingly, also please do fix the speed formatting, it should be “Sub-Relativistic” not “Sub relativistic”

Its white comet Kiana and the Fake Welt Joyce clone's speed, but HSR characters that are welt tier should scale off SK Fu Hua. Guys maybe Zephyro vaguely destroying a galaxy within an amber era is worth trying to cope as a speed feat later (so many unknowns we can't use this)

2.3%c is for BoS White comet tier characters, not for welt tiers. I explained this in my BoS HI3 Speed fix People like Welt should get the old Relativistic with FTL combat speed. So tb would get Rel with FTL combat speed via SK Fu Hua chainscale

Give them 1.1c (baseline FTL) since the thread that gave them FTL back which nether linked basically said they’re FTL off of Fu Hua’s nanosecond reaction time calculated rather than a specific feat. 17%c currently is just accepted as how fast Fu Hua can travel
