Welt on one occasion is said to be equal to his prime
The other he’s said to maybe have the strength from his hayday
His hay day being after he emerged from the sea of quanta with a more Honkai adapted body that can handle his Herrscher core better.
His hayday can’t be after part 1 cause Kiana was siphoning Honkai from the world and he becomes a pathstrider in HSR only.
Welt in chapter 33 of hi3 said he never reached Welt Joyce’s power (after getting out of the SoQ) more so. Herrscher of Thunder Mei from reawakening in Nagazora far exceeds his, Joyce and Bronya’s power.
Even worse; Welt compared the core of reason he and Bronya had to the gem of desire rather than to other stronger herrschers.
Saying Current welt is above Flamescion doesn’t make sense

We played the game and know the timeline of the story
Hayday is past tense. And the strongest he was in HI3 had him getting one tapped by Weakened Base Kevin’s aura.
If he surpassed his peak the game would say so cause it’s been talked about on two occasions.
Welt’s cosmos nuke would just be something even Bronya scales to if yall are fine with giving Star of Eden that (which nova at least ain’t)

Sirin got hit with a Siegfried might of an utu blast + Schariac blood which can purify Honkai I don't see how the nukes did the heavy lifting here

There’s a clear point where Welt got stronger in HI3’s main story
He’s inferior to Bronya regardless
He couldn’t have gotten stronger after part 1 and before Star rail cause of how part 1 ended
If Welt was oh so powerful why didn’t he deal with FG Otto or the Herrscher of domination himself
Even if he was stronger before HI3 as a game started (Ryusuke fight), he’s weaker than Welt Joyce. Who’s fodder.
Hayday can’t talk about the future like his fight with Zephyro
And on the second eruption bit, idk why you’d even mention it then if you know of how many times Sirin used him like a chew toy.

thats how it was accepted first time when we got welt vs zephyro scaling accepted, welt was via HE and zephyro was with path of destruction
now if the 2-A isnt applicable Zephyro would be at least 3-C with emanator value and welt would be AT MOST

She was a normal girl when she died to the nuke with Cecila LOL. Her core had literally collapsed.
+ If you think Welt's FP (the dude who never drew the FP of the Core of Reason) is stronger than a fully transformed Herrscher of Flame, nevermind Flamescion, you're delusional. So try your best to remember that the Reason Authority is BARELY WORKING because the CoF stopped supporting it. Every Herrscher is explicitly weaker once Kiana takes her place on the moon, including Welt.

Aventurine and Topaz?
Base aventurine doesn’t get blitzed and fights along side Archer (check the scan/vid though I might be mistaken) against the gnaw stings iirc
So they get FTL
