Lowkey I think whatever Herta spouted to Cyrene is just not specific enough to be used in any way, until we get them elaborating on the Imaginary Tree. We know they're more than happy to cover topics they've already covered in order to make sure everyone knows about the cosmology.

Nous 'pruning branches' isn't elaborated enough to counter the set precedent of the entirety of Honkai MWI. Just keep it on the backburner until they elaborate.

Nous only destroyed physical space and in PT2 of Honkai impact we know that destroying the material universe isn't enough to destroy the whole tree and you need a good leap of logic to say that every Aeon was destroyed,
