Ok, but in all honesty I’m realllyyyy not sure what’s supposed to be Type 1 in HSR. Paths are just some abstract sources of energy and that’s it. They literally don’t even ground anything so unless representing some philosophy and generating some arbitrary unrelated energy is CM1 then I’m confused on what even the “proof” is to begin with.

The only way I’m capping is if CM standards are supposedly way more lenient than I even thought.

For me, it's the second option (it seems like some kind of destiny system, actually), the thing is that the game doesn't address them, or only very briefly, so it's simply a lack of information.

A predetermined destiny, something the Path offers you—for example, the destiny offered by Destruction is the total annihilation of civilizations, Paths, stars, and many other things. The Paths affect reality, but well, these are philosophies. Philosophical concepts, as Welt said (but this statement is currently meaningless because it's undefined). This whole destiny thing is one of the many interpretations the HSR community has come up with.

Okay, you always say all sorts of nonsense and I just ignore it, but I'm not going to let this one slide. You don't even know the history of the verse's creation to know how it went. You talk as if we were in a hurry to create it. The truth is that I, @Aernasilver, and others literally waited more than a year after the official game launch to finally post the profiles, during when the game was still on the main story of Penacony, before that, we only had drafts, now you are simply spouting nonsense thinking you're telling the absolute truth. I really doubt that if you were in my place back then, you would have actually helped create the profiles instead of talking bullshit

Yea this just reinforces theory that Paths are meant to be taken in a nominalistic sense. They just seem like powers of fate or something, not things that ground reality.

Genshin seems like it would hard-cap at Low 2-C so I really doubt it. And wasn’t CM1 recently removed from there as well? Don’t think this level of doomposting is necessary lel

Nah, Genshin shares the same cosmology + they have a 2-C with a nice speed, they are getting some nicer stuff lately, more hax and closed the AP gap to 4-C, they still have cm2, so Aeons gets erased by the leylines if your thread passes.

Ya’ll don’t gotta worry too much about CM stuff tho lwk. The standards are completely horrendous and iirc Ultima will revise em someday. In general they don’t mean much as the CM types are way too broad and AP will matter more in this case.

Even my last 3 or so threads have all been downgrades on my fav verse. I don’t even remember the last time I’ve upgraded anything. Hehe.

I generally dont bother with complex haxxes and tier 1 and above bcs i believe those standards are utter garbo, esp after AInfinity shit
otherwise keeping verse scaling in check is my focus and hoyo f*cks me over every time (there was no reason for zephyro and welt to drop 2-A feat on a random tuesday)
tho as long as my glorious king phainon and zephyro are tier 3 we are good
 
Guys, the Genshin people might be right. Surtalogi solos Zephyro after all, HSR's concept is only type 3 whilst Genshin is type 2.

This shows that Genshin is way far more superior, and Zephyro's best feat is atleast comparable to Phainon who could hurt a concept type 3 Nanook whilst Surtalogi is equivalent to Asmoday: The Shade that creates the concept of space in Genshin Impact.

Zephyro is not just a Welt victim — He's also a Surtalogi victim - ChatGPT, 30 October, 2025.
 
HSR is just that weak, we lost to Genshin in powerscaling because they are way far more superior to us. Why? Because Genshin has the 4 Shades protecting it against the Aeons and the CoF that's only a type 3 concept, that's why they couldn't reach Teyvat. If they could, all of them would've been powerless and powernulled by Teyvat's concept type 2 law.

HSR gets beaten up by Genshin, this verse is also a wuwa victim, why? Because it's only CM3, isn't that insane guys? We are so inferior oh my god
