omfg this verse might get knocked down to sub rel hell scaling off Phantylia or Hi3 feats. But Welt doesn't have to scale off Fake Joyce, Sirin has that feat of throwing meteors from the moon which Welt scales to since he could react and dodge her on the Moon. Sirin's calc was 4.2% SoL.
