Solacis stated no one from the HI3 continuity ever impacted the entirety of the Imaginary Tree as a true 11-D structure. However, there are still a few characters who still retain High 1-C hax like Fu Hua, Otto, and Kevin. I haven’t caught up with the game hence I’d suggest you better off consulting with other experts.

11-D because the Sea of Quanta being 11 dimensionals realm, Imaginary Tree equal to the Sea. However no one Honkai Impact ever affected just their own universe, let alone the entire Sea or the Tree

what about Herrscher of the End, i saw it being 11d before

She's only a part of the GGZ verse and the Herrscher of the End a part of the main Honkai continuity doesn't have enough prove for 11-D I'm sure
