Okay, this will be a very minor ability CRT. Homer should have Superhuman Digestion based on him swallowing a small bicycle with no repercussion in Season 6, Episode 15: Homie the Clown. Nothing else to talk aside of being potentially listed under Toon Force.

Homer's sound manipulation should be ranged around "at least Thousands of Kilometers" as his scream reached to the Washington Monument. In The Old Man and the Key (S13, E13), Lisa stated that Springfield (which's location changes a lot) is a thousand miles away from Branson.

If Matt Groening's old claim of the show's Springfield being in Portland, Oregon is taken into account, then a soundwave should travel about 3787 km. (in regard of Jason's reply to RpmBlack's comment, the museum's arguably there)
