It has a profile here and it's listed as 3-A.

And again, Megidramon is only low 2-C via hax, physically it's much lower which is what Holydramon is currently scaled to.

Really, I guess I simply wasn't aware.
Anyway, according to the official databook, it is also on par with Azulongmon, who is part of the Digimon Sovereigns who maintain the balance of the Digital World in Fanglongmon's absence, thus placing it at Low 2-C.
In addition, it's one of the possible evolutions of Angewoman, whose other form is Ophanimon, one of the Three Great Angels who maintains a fraction of Lucemon's power (the latter of which is at least 3-A at his peak).
However, now that I look back on it Holydramon is going to lose if he doesn't have that tier advantage due to its inferior speed.

I believe Megidramon's feat is an outlier. (Via Digital Hazard out of control)

When I was making the profile, I scaled Holydramon to Megidramon (Reference Book), who is scaled to composite Beelzemon base. I thought scaling to Azulongmon seemed like a bit strech since the other dragons were only 3-A.Reppuzan said:

Edit: As for the fight, Beerus wins as of now due to massive speed difference.
