Hit has more AP, but the Red Death outspeeds Hit so incredibly hard that it doesn't even matter. Red Death wins, Time Freeze isn't helping.

It's a mismatch. Speed equal, Hit goes for Time-Skip, does anything and wins. Speed Unequal, whomsever faster will win. Hit, same as speed unequal. Red Death, he'll age Hit to death.

I was kind of rushing when I typed that. What I meant to say was: 'Hit, same as speed equal.'
