Gotou can effortlessly stomp those who can destroy 6 meters of concrete wall. He's unquantifiably high in the 9-B scale

@Jack You might want to get that calced. Without a calculation he would only be around the ballpark of baseline, nowhere near as borderline 9-A like Kool Aid man.

The Outsider has a lot of hax, most notable is his Fate hax - Dominio, the ability to link the fates of others to an object.

For example, let's say The Outsider is fighting an opponent, he can link that opponents fate with that of a fish, and then kill the fish, which then kills the opponent.


Although, according to Weekly, The Outsider is actually 2-C.

2. Should we also consider the fuels inside a car that is the actual cause of a car collision explosion? (afaik a car has a fuel capacity of 13.2 gal = 49.9674355 L, making the explosion yield per car 1,708,886,293.96 J - 0.408433627 ton TNT, Building level) Then, are Shinichi Izumi and Gotou 8-C instead by virtue of tanking such hits and trading blows with each other?
