I think the Grey Goo beats Amitabha for 3-A by just seeing universes as Quarks. In TPF, Grey Goo's AP is theoredically countless (Not High 3-A, but Mario and Dragon Ball 2-Bs compared to 2-As is about the level Grey Goo would be in 3-A) since it could just keep eating forever.

That's true DT would start surpassing the size of Amitabha if it possessed certain objects in a fourth universe, and would be drastically larger anywhere beyond.

Also i though the 8-B and 8-A tiers were bad, but "Neo 99.8 Gigatons of TNT for High 6-C" when the absolute base for High 6-C is 100 Gigatons of TNT. I mean he's so weak he doesn't even fit the tier come on. Put Ophis there. She's the strongest High 6-C being in High School DxD. She's 2x as strong as Ddraig and Albion (High School DxD) combined who are each around 600 Gigatons or 745 Gigatons or higher.

Actually nvm Ophis might become Low 6-B, put Issei Hyoudou or Sirzechs Lucifer. Idk which of them is stronger. But Issei's strongest form >> Ddraig. Whereas, Ddraig called Sirzechs a monster. So he should be somewhat superior as well. Im not sure though, maybe have them share the spot unless someone better comes up.
