No, its just Ishibumi spoil that Shin 4 cover would be with Lint. Cover, short discription of volume and (most likely) his Quotes in Ishi blog would be revealed latter.
Also May Dragon Magazine would have special issue about DxD plus DxD on cover. You know: 1. Ishi tell in blog that he would be very busy in 2020 2. Some new mistical project mention on Fantasia Bunko festival in October 3. Special issue in May Dragon Magazine (would be released in end of March)
I think all this 3 point mean that we could wait something great about DxD in this magazine. I could be: Gacha game (dxd solo, not fantasia bunko crossover gacha); Season 5; New series about DxD Universe. Just my predictions. Need to consult with my friend who say me about DxD being licence on English in February (no one believe me that it would happen, but it did happen) since he work with Kadokawa for a long time.
