High 8-C Tournament

Ah, didn't see him. I wouldn't like much to nominate someone from a verse its already in, so guess you can left an open spot until I decide who nominate now.

My main fears are the manipulation of madness, fear, mind and soul
 
That is only if they are driven to that point possibly also needing a supernatural cause.
 
I think for super natural ones there was a revision to make the resistance 4d but that didn't get thru and they are able to remain calm around the abnormalities without their super natural fear hax without causing it and look at them they are rather unsettling and are being made less intimidating thanks to them being cover with filters from the player's view the agents however don't get that.
 
I nominate Ada Wong with her High 8-C key, that being she carries heavy weapons and explosives with her, and my other nominee will be Rhino.
I also nominate my battlefield, Blackbelly Skatepark from Splatoon.

Ming Xin His soul manipulation works through the use of three techniques - Thousand Armed Buddha (If the body is hit by the fist/palms when using it it will hit the soul to inducing daziness within it if resisted/or if the soul is strong but if not it will destroy it in several hits). Refining Yang Soul (A fist attack that will release a powerful sound that will use its soundwave to shatter the soul if hit by it and its glowing to purge it on impact if hit) - this is his strongest art so he won't use it in his first several moves if his foe doesn't give a reason is needed to be used instantly. So, if these two techniques aren't too much then add hin.

Yeah, but I thought her heavy weapons and explosives would compensate for her durability. Didn't know a character also needs to have High 8-C durability. She's not on the roster anyways so she'll be out. Rhino will be my only nominee then.

Look, having high 8-C durability isn't necessary, I was just worried it might get trampled.
