Resisting heat helps Ladybug here, but otherwise Genos seems to have a pretty extreme AP advantage. He also seems more versatile when it comes to combat applicable powers. This seems to be pretty heavily in Genos' favour.

Does Ladybug have great dodging capabilities? Cause genos can spam humungous blasts at her continuously. I think Genos downscales from 681 Kilotons and not upscale from 156 Kilotons? Not sure but either way, genos can two-shot characters who scale to 156 Kilotons.

Her resistance is comparable to Snake Noir, who was unfazed after being teleported close to the sun.

Close to the sun, that's good. Either way, Genos has sticky glue to trap her if she tries to run away. Genos can also track as long as she doesn't move in a very abstract manner.

She can use lucky charm to give her an item to escape the glue but it can only be used once.

Genos might use something like rocket stomp right after if she escapes the glue. He has limited time in the air through rocket boosters.

Also, it depends on how many times she can keep on dodging. Does she greatly outstat Genos in terms of agility? Not that I can see on her profile. Plus, Genos seemed quite tank in his G4 form compared to his previous upgrades.
