Round 3 of the High 7-A Bracket beginns!
The 2 fighters are the Doom Slayer and Pikachu

Doomguy scales off quad damage so 665 gigatons x 4 = 2660 gigatons.

Pikachu overpowered a combined Hyper Beam from a well-trained Gyarados and Tyranitar, so above 1580.62 megatons

Doomguy should resist paralysis via resisting his own plasma rifle back in 2016 doing the same exact thing.Doomguy also has a decent AP advantage as well,he is also far more skilled to (from what I’m aware compared to Pikachu).
Doomguy is also higher with blood punch.Albeit he can use it only once.
Pikachu also has no resistance to freezing stuff,so Doomguy’s ice grenade could flash freeze him and just gets finished off from there.He can also slow time in mid-air as well(and near death too).

Doomguy scales above his high 7-A feat (2,660 megatons).Is way more skilled(fought through entire demon hordes that can one-shot him and have massive splash damage without getting hit,doing that against much larger hordes and enemies that can track his movements(hitscan archvilles lol),and did that again in their own home turf(hell),fighting against 8-A demons without getting hit.All of these demons(including hordes of non-8-A’s) fodderizing entire squadrons of military soldiers equipped with 9-A weaponry and gear through sheer trickery and numbers.
Immortality type 2 that allows him to push past mortal wounds and nigh limitless stamina.
Reactive power level that allows him to jump tiers(entered a night sentienl gladiators pit filled with people comparable to barons of hell(9-A).He managed to clear out the entire thing and became a 9-A in the process(now an equal to the sentienl army).

with quad damage doomguy goes from 665 megatons to 2660 megatons via x4 multiplier.

Even though the Quad Damages implies that it can only upgrade his weapons, not his own strenght. His best feat is no-selling the impact after being thrown by a catapult at very high speed (probably around 100-200km/s).
