Normally on Strongest Characters for Every Tier, I see Tier 0 Is blank I'm guessing cause they can't kill each other unless If they're like Azathoth or The Writer who can.
Well Here's my question, can there be a verse where there's so many High 1-A's and many who can defeat, nullify, kill, and strip their powers. As well as, one's who can do It with ease but In the end be a person who views them as fiction as well as another person who views that guy as a tool. Then, be the Supreme Being who views them as fiction as well.
Is this possible?
And can a High 1-A kill someone on the same level or do they have to be higher.
