Would it be correct to say here that Wedding Peach could probably purge the evil energy from Hiei if he tries to use his Jagan Eye to change to his Jaganshi form by using her Lovely Operation Tempete or her Saint Mirior Bridal Flash? And couldn't she possibly use her Saint Crystal to send any Kokuryuuha attack that Hiei attempts right back at him? I'm fairly sure that if this is all true, then I would say that Wedding Peach has a lot of abilities which easily counter Hiei's, since he draws upon evil energy and she mainly fights against evil energy, and considering she gains the range advantage due to being able to counter Hiei's Kokuryuuha attacks, it would be pretty simple to keep her distance and attack with her different abilities. I'm giving my vote to the magical girl.

The Wedding Peach profile I created is very outdated, poorly constructed, has little supporting evidence and I took feats from both the anime and manga which are entirely different. This thread reminded me that I need to go back to the original manga and start looking for feats to build a better profile for her and the verse as a whole.
