Yeah, Victoria tier 7. I have done the calculations towards his feats.

I hate how Webtoon doesn’t just let you save images, that’s gonna make this more difficult than it needs to be.

Btw Ihwa’s feat in Episode 58 should easily be Tier 8, if not Tier 7.
