Kondraki is vastly more intelligent, can control the appearance of the environment around stickman to a large degree, and can Stat Induce him once he closes distance before shredding him with his saber, or just continuing to roast him with his camera.

Stickman completly and utterly outhaxes Kondraki, and has a huge number of ways to one-shot him, meaning that if Kondraki slips up once or Stickmin lucks out (which is actually a possibility due to his luck, but that's iffy due to the fact that it can also be bad). He's also around 1 1/3 times stronger than Konny via AP, which isn't much, but can let him take several shots before going down.

Yeah, this is shaping up exactly like Konny vs. Ryley. Voting Inconclusive.
