Help a man get rich while soloing fiction

It's the same idea except capitalism is involved somehow idk I had this idea in the shower

The rules are as follows:
  • A user must submit a fictional verse. Joe will be placed in a safe location within the verse, and will have to buy or trade to gain more powers/equipment. They can leave a verse after soloing it (defeating all characters in the verse), taking with them only the things they acquired through trading or buying to the next verse.
    • Joe can collect or use things in the verse for trading, but not for fighting. For example, if someone is willing to trade a sacred sword that drops from a boss for a bow, he can obtain the sword and trade it, but he can't use the sword for himself.
    • Also, if Joe is placed in a game setting, the rules for leaving are more lenient, as he simply needs to complete the game as one would when playing it.
  • Joe starts with 1000$ in US Dollars. Once entering a fictional universe, this money will be converted to the in-universe currency in a 1:1 rate unless the in-universe currency is something that can be estimated in the real world, such as Yen or Euros.
  • Certainly the easiest verses to argue would be games since many have a money system, but other pieces of media that have anything whose price can be either reasonably estimated or is straight up mentioned are game too. An example that comes to mind is The Boys' Temp V, which costs 6 million dollars a shot.
  • Joe isn't limited to selling stuff to make money, he can also make money in different ways depending on the verse in question. An example is One Piece, where each pirate has a bounty attached to them. One could make the big bucks by simply getting all bounties.
  • Joe leaves a verse with money equal to whatever he gained minus whatever he spent (duh). In games that's a bit harder to determine, so he will leave with the average amount a player has after completing the game, minus whatever he spent.
Objective is to get as far as possible in terms of power and money.

Average Human Profile - Joe is a completely average human with no equipment whatsoever

Joe's Profile

Current Bank Balance: 1000$

Well I have a really stupid idea that could pretty much win the challenge if it's allowed.

Start with Homestuck:
Step 1: Take online classes to be good at persuading people (this is possible because Homestuck starts out identical to the real world in 2008ish)
Step 2: Make a friend who is also good at persuading people
Step 3: Purchase two copies of Sburb for you and your friend (According to this chart that should cost about 20-25 dollars)
Step 4: Beat Sburb with your friend and ascend to the God Tier in the process (I don't know what Joe's title would be, but he's a completely average human with no personality so I'm guessing he'd be a void player, and this is about getting rich so I guess a thief)
Step 5: Somehow get to the world made by the Homestuck kids, specifically Meat epilogue after John has left to fight Lord English (It's possible because Obama did it)
Step 6: With persuasion skills and persuasive friend, befriend the remaining Homestuck kids
Step 7: Assassinate the kids one by one (that got dark fast)
Step 8: Kill friend
Step 9: If Joe is a Thief of Void, he would have similar powers to Roxy, meaning he could create things by stealing the non-existence from them, so now he can just create infinite money
Step 10: Profit

He gets 2-A stats, Immeasurable speed, and standard Sburb Player/God Tier abilities (including Thief of Void stuff so basically Roxy's profile) along with Social Influencing, and infinite money because of creation

I wrote this assuming whoever's reading it has some knowledge of Homestuck so I can provide clarification on anything I explained poorly or didn't explain at all

Didn't expect him to instantly go 2-A with infinite money lol
Though I'm not sure how to handle this, I mean technically he bought his powers as he needed to buy the game to access them 🤔

Anyways, Idk about Homestuck stuff but how would Joe beat this guy?

Hm, not sure if that should count, solo means they beat, or at least are capable of beating every character in the verse. Maybe I should clarify that
