So I'm gonna throw my opinion here.

First thing to point out is that it is possible for this match to devolve into the two reflecting Armando's baseball back at each other for the entire match. Which is hilarious.

Next thing I want to point out is that I think in the first few fights Armando may actually have the advantage, he has status effects and can reduce Vixen's speed and defense.

However, the moment she amplifies her stats Armando could get one-shot with any of her attacks, even without stat amps she has poison + resurrection, so in the end Vixen wins with those because I don't see Armando overcoming her Res ability.
